Set Priority:
Just take everything easily and set the priority of your job. You have to know what is more important. Some times we think that the management order should be in best priority. But you have to make decide based on necessary. .Inform if needed
As office work is maintained by chain, your pending job may wait other persons. So, what you will do unless doing the job. You have to say the concern person that you need time, it will be done in this time. So, they may wait for you without disturbing. There may other help for you. They may help you to complete the job done rapidly. Distribute if possible
You should distribute job by time and you have to take in mind the quality of your helper. Some times it is seen that job become late if you give it to inappropriate person.
