1. File Management:
Your table may have many documents and these may not differentiate by category and in proper file. Files may not in file cabinet. You should manage your week end time properly. Use marker pen and write the heading on the top of the file and include the document which job is done all ready.In your computer desktop there may some unused file, delete the files and some important document that may need in near future, keep them naming the folder.
2. List of incomplete task
You should review the uncompleted task and discuss why this has not done. You can also re routine for the task. You may not do some task that was in ques for you. Decide about the task, what will be for those task.3. Scheduling next task
Now you can make a fresh list of weekly office work, communication, meeting, visiting and other work flow. If you list on weekly it will better to complete. You may divide the work by time and by person. If you have four sub-ordinate you have to manage the job for them, just keep track of their experiences and distribute contacting with them.4. Communication
Have you contact with all of your client, relative, social network, online and offline friends and family members in this week. In the pressure of office work you may have forgotten to communicate with these people and may not attend a party of some relatives. Have you call him (over phone) taht you are sorry for you have not come to the party.
